The trenchless team at Strack has just completed a 240-foot, 60-inch pilot tube bore for a force main in Lawrenceville, Georgia in the United States. The project involved navigating running sand beneath Highway 316 using an Akkerman 24x48x60 pilot tube system.
“This was a complex crossing, and we’re proud to deliver another successful outcome for our client, JDS. We appreciate their continued trust in Strack to handle the tough ground with confidence and care,” the company said in a statement.
Alongside the announcement, Strack released stunning footage of the works under the highway.
