Fulton Hogan is delivering a major wastewater network upgrade beneath Auckland’s busiest and most iconic thoroughfare.
Fulton Hogan is installing a 1.2m diameter wastewater pipeline under a 600m stretch of Queen Street to increase Watercare’s wastewater network in the central city.
Take a look at the works in a detailed project video uploaded online.
The project is utilising micro-tunnelling technology – a safer, less disruptive method – launched from four project sites.
This significant wastewater upgrade project will increase network capacity, help protect the environment and support future growth in Auckland’s city centre.
Fulton Hogan has 90 years’ experience in the transport, water, energy, mining and land development infrastructure sector in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.
