Sacpro, a leading producer and supplier of materials and equipment for pipe rehabilitation, has acquired prominent player UV curing technology company UVRelining. UVRelining provides a complete UV relining system, including machines, tools, and installation materials. The acquisition is part of Sacpro’s strategy to expand its offering and further strengthen its market position in the Nordics as well as globally.
Together, Sacpro and UVRelining provide a comprehensive range of high-quality products for relining projects, which combined with increased innovation capacity and a stronger market position enables even greater service and support for both existing and new customers.
Sacpro chief executive Fredrik Sterner said the acquisition was a big milestone for the company.
“Their (UVRelining) innovative UV curing solutions complement our existing offering and further strengthen our market position. Jointly, we can offer even better support and solutions to our customers. We look forward to driving innovation and sustainability within the industry together,” he said.
UVRelining chief executive Taus Gerner-Rasmussen said the unification of the two companies is an exciting development for the entire industry.
“By combining our strengths, we can provide a broader product portfolio and deeper industry expertise. With our united team, we can deliver even better complete solutions to our customers,” he said.
“The acquisition strengthens our position as a leading player and gives us the opportunity to drive innovation in a completely new way. We look forward to create added value for our customers and partners together.”
Customers and partners of both UVRelining and Sacpro can expect a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing projects and continued deliveries of high-quality products, training, and support in line with market demands.
UVRelining’s management will continue to lead the business and will also become shareholders in Sacpro Group.
