Amiblu is celebrating its involvement in a €20.7M project, replacing open canals with high-performance GRP pressure pipelines.
The modernisation of 15km of irrigation infrastructure in the Spanish municipalities of Fraga, Aitona, and Serós has been completed, led by the Sociedad Mercantil Estatal de Infraestructuras Agraarias (SEIASA) and Asca Sorigue.
With a broader shift towards sustainable, resource-smart agriculture in Spain, Amiblu hass played a key role, with its Flowtite GRP pipes in diameters ranging from DN 500 to DN 1200 delivered to help local irrigation communities reduce water losses, eliminate pumping needs, and future-proof their systems.
